Hey there, my name’s Timmy Berry!
I started getting into fitness and nutrition during my senior year of high school. My peers teased me and called me skeleton because I was tall and skinny, and in turn, I felt unconfident in my own skin.
This all changed when I started working out. As I grew stronger in the gym, so did my confidence outside of it.
I believe health and fitness is a key aspect of self-improvement; you either want to improve yourself and your life, or you don’t.
Complaining will only keep us down -- but taking action and staying disciplined every day will get you results.
What keeps me motivated to maintain my healthy lifestyle is the satisfaction I get from seeing results. Like a video game you grind and level up in the gym, building a stronger character and physique -- there are no cheat codes or quick fixes to building lean muscle, just consistency in the kitchen and gym.
My program, Physiques of the Greeks, is all about personal growth, both physically and mentally, rather than focusing on other people’s journeys and success stories -- you will get there too!
